The last I heard, Warners was planning to release special-editions of THE GREAT DICTATOR, CITY LIGHTS, and THE CIRCUS in June, with the other titles to follow at regular intervals. Each will be a two-disc set (a la CITIZEN KANE) with lots of extras.

Looks like The Circus, City Lights and Dictator are set for June...

Here's a bit from dvdfile.com

The Little Tramp comes to DVD - 12:01am

Warner Home Video, in association with French production group MK2, has unveiled the more details onThe Charlie Chaplin Collection, a series of 18 of the filmmaker's silent and sound classics, all digitally remastered and restored. The first three releases in the collection are due in June of 2003, and include The Great Dictator, City Lights and The Circus. Each release will be a two-disc set and include exclusive new audio commentaries, documentaries, outtakes, alternate footage, still galleries, more rare material, and original silent and reedited re-release versions whenever possible. Other titles planned to be included in the collection include The Chaplin Revue, The Gold Rush, The Idle Class, The Kid, Limelight, Modern Times, Sunnyside, and more to be announced. Each title will be released in a two-disc 'Digipak' edition for $26.95, and a $34.95 limited edition set with a collectible booklet and film frame. For more information, visit The Official Charlie Chaplin Website.

This info was put out last September...so I wouldn't be surprised if the release date is set back a bit, especially since I haven't seen anything since then.
