I saw the movie 'The Jackal' over the weekend, and I was extremely surprised to see that one of the production companies listed in the beginning credits was the 'Mutual Film Company'!!

Is this the same Mutual company that employed Chaplin during one of his most productive and imaginative periods? Or is this just some company with a similar name?

It's just some company with a similar name.

I'll be glad to put up a short history of Mutual, but basicaly they died in the 1910s... and it was due to Intolerance. (<-injoke) Steven Rowe
