Thanks for posting the link for this interview. I read, in some old posts, that Marilyn Nash appeared at a 50th Anniversary celebration of 'Verdoux.' Does anyone recall any comments she made have made about the film at this event?

The autobiography of Robert Lewis (who played Monsieur Botello in 'Verdoux', entitled 'Slings and Arrows,' contains a chapter on the filming of the picture, including comments on Chaplin's direction of Ms. Nash, and Edna Purviance's audition for the role of Madame Grosnay.
