Well...I know that this isn't what you are referring to, but I thought that you may find interest in that I am the proud owner of three 'original' organ cue sheets that were sent out by United Artists to theatres around the country for 'A Woman of Paris', The Gold Rush', and 'The Circus'. For those of you who are not familiar with cue sheets, they are merely a break-down of the film scene by scene with time code type of references, and a few bars of custom written music after each scene. This was provided to give the organist an 'idea' of the type of music that they (UA) felt would be appropriate for each scene. Pretty cool stuff if you ask me. These types of things were very important to people like Chaplin who, as I'm sure most of you know, hated the idea of his films being accompanied by what he referred to as 'funny music'. Anyways, if anyone responds to you that they have actual scores, I would be very interested in info myself!
All for now,
