Chaplin appeared on a 1942 world affairs talk show called 'America Looks Abroad' hosted by Robert Arden. The discussion is all about WWII, so Chaplin doesn't talk about his life or work. It is available from a Los Angeles based old-time-radio club called SPERDVAC. I'm sure they're the only SPERDVAC on the web, so they should be easy to find. You might also query the Museums of Radio and Television in LA and NY.

I understand that Chaplin made an appearance (by satellite or telephone?) on the Today Show to promote My Autobiography. There is a tape of it in private hands, not mine unfortunately.
